I’ve spent years building software to help businesses get rid of repetitive admin.
HouseDesk started when my cousin took over a pub and I saw how many different systems he needed just to run one venue.
So we started building one system that did the lot.
HouseDesk is still built that way today. Pub managers tell me what’s causing them grief, and I try to fix it.

Do I pay extra for each module?
No. Every plan includes every module. You choose a plan by the size of your business, then switch on the parts you need.
Is there a free trial?

Do my staff need to download an app?
No app store needed. HouseDesk works in the browser on any phone, and staff can add it to their home screen so it opens like an app.
Will table ordering replace my till?
No. Table ordering works alongside your existing till. Orders go to the right bar or kitchen without changing your EPOS.
Can I use it across more than one pub?
Yes. The Growth plan covers up to 3 sites and the Multi-site plan is built for larger groups, with staff and settings managed per site.
How long does it take to set up?
You can sign up and start on your first rota straight away. A setup guide walks you through the rest, and you can add your team and switch on modules as you go.
Where is my data kept?
HouseDesk runs on Google Cloud (Firebase). We publish our data processing agreement, subprocessors and data retention policy so you can see exactly who handles your data.
