FAQs
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to replace my EPOS to use QR ordering?
Not necessarily. Many pubs keep their till and add QR ordering for garden, bar or table service. House Desk is pub ops software first; ordering is one module.
Is there a guest app to download?
Guests use a mobile web ordering page from a QR code or link. No separate consumer app required for the standard flow.
